Tis the Season fot Holiday Screenings

It is the time of year when holiday films get taken off the shelf for sone well deserved holiday play time.  If you’re me you seek theatrical screenings of these movies.

This week alone I have attended screenings of not one but three incredible holiday films and drunk them up with a straw.  The three filns were Elf, The Holiday, and Love Actually.

In addition to these three I have been fortunate enough to attend m this year of A Christmas Story, The Polar Express, Gremlins, White Christmas and have tickets to see National Lampoon’s Chrristmas Vacation and on Christmas Eve It’s A Wonderful Life.

What I love about this line up is how diversely entertaining the lineup is.  There is a musical, a horror-comedy, a beautifully animated adaption if a beloved children’s book to name a few. I like being entertained at the movies and I love the fact that this lineup is not the same story with a different cast.

I will admit I will watch holiday films beyond the holiday season. After all I watch horror films  beyond the spooky month of October.  I will watch rom cons beyond the lovely month of February.

Until next time I will see you at the movies!!
