    My tastes in gp horror films lean torwards films that are atmospheric and has a slow burn to them.  I do not care for recent trends of the over ise of blood and guts. The recent release, remaking Nosferatu falls into the prior category.

     I am deeply in love with the original silent film and was hesitant to purchase a ticket to the recent remake. In addition to its slow burn and atmospheric feel tge film has many goth under tones going on.  The sets and the costumes contribute greatly to this.

    What I really love is the full circle of Willem Dafeo plating the Van Helsing character. This comes after he played the vampire in the urban legend film Shadow of the Vampire.  I enjoyed both performances equally,
