STORYLINE: A mercenary takes on the job of tracking down a target on a plane but must protect her when they’re surrounded by people trying to kill both of them. (IMDb) 

   Action movies have a a few draws for me. The genre tends to lend itself to over the top plots, sometimes that are mindless. Written into the dialogue are corny one liners. For those who know me I enjoy cheesy jokes. I find them to be gouda.  The films also feature action sequences that break down into two camos, over the top, unrealistic  and the gritty, in your face. Both types of action sequences I enjoy.  

     Flight or Fight is an action film with action sequences that are over the top and unrealistic. The premise is out there and yes there is corny dialogue sprinkled through out the film. I didn’t have to do any thinking as  I watched Flight or Fight.  (This os not out of the norm for this genre).

    While being entertained by the feature, I found it to be mediocre.  Yes, the plot was over the top, but it took me longer to get into it as other action films such as Olympus Has Fallen (2013) or Kingsman: The Secret Serbuce (2014).  

   The film did feature its fair share of Cir y dialogue and I enjoyed it. Also featured in the folk was the standard hero moment, designed to hace the audible stand up and cheer. Usually I throughly enjoy these moments. The one featured in Flight or Fughtwas a bit lackluster. 

   Despite not fully getting into the plot I got into other aspects of the genre I like. Yea  it’s a mediocre movie for me.
