   Franchise spin-offs are a unique way to expand the world of the franchise and give a different perspective to the world created.  It’s a fun way to tell new events abd eco and favorite side chatectsrs.  The John Wick series is the latest to jump on the spin-off wagon with Ballerina.

    The film features everything I wanted ina John Wick feature: styized action sequences, an adrenaline filled plot, and a gritty look to it.  With that said I had a few issues the film. I enhkyed the story. I found the acing to be inconsistent.  

   In some spin-offs central characters from the original franchise do not appear while in other films characters from the original series show up.  It is a delicate balancing act.  Ballerina danced that line gracefully. 

   While not the greatest of the John Wick feature I enjoyed watching ythe 2025 film.
