    POW! BAM! WHAM! No, the MCU has not flooded cinemas with, yet, another superhero  film.  Though that is not out of the realm of possibilities.  However there is a new, over the top action film, that excites me: Nobody 2.

    Nobody 2 does not invest much in the way of plot.  What was invested in was action, after all this is an action film.  The sequences were frequent, adrenaline filled, and over the top.  It’s a winning combination for an exciting ninety minute thrill ride.

     The formula sequels is tends to take what the original did, and do it bigger.  That formula was on full display in this 2025 action flick. 

   The mistake I think the film made was going for an R rating, instead of a PG-13.  It’s not that I was offended by content, but it seems that a target audience is being isolated. Theaters tend not to allow teenagers in tint films.  Over the top action films and horror features are the kind of films that this audience is drawn towards. However this is a sequel, which means the first one made money. 

    This is truly a popcorn flick. When you sit down to watch this with your popcorn you don’t have to think as you watch it.  It’s just mindless entertainment.
