    The French anime feature Little Amelie or the Character of Rain is the latest 2025 anime to see the glow of the silver screen.  It joins such features as Pakistan’s The Glassworker, and the feature film continuations of the TV series’ Chaimsaw Man and Demon Slayer.

     Little Amelie or the Character of Rain has a notable difference over the other anime releases of 2025.  It is a family friendly film.  The feature is not void of adult themes though.  Grief, death, and surviver’s guilt for instance.  All are primarily surrounded around post war.

   Then there is the animation featured in Little Amelie or the Character of Rain.  The chareters in the anime are drawn in the anime standard.  The backgrounds are exceptionally beautiful in this feature.  Typically anime films feature beautiful backgrounds, this one is above and beyond beautiful.

   Little Amelie or the Character of Rain is a well animated family friendly anime.
