I, personally, am a fan a physical media. I enjoy being able to hold it in my hand and look at it on my shelves. I love being able to share the movies that are in my movie library.  I like to watch movies where the creative process is on full display, and the end process is creating physical media, such as film, books, and music..  The horror feature Dead Media centers its story around physical media, itself.

Dead Media is a fun creature feature.  The film starts as a movie night, where the characters are watching a monster movie, on dvd, and through a series of events become part of the movie.  The fun is watching them navigate their way through all the aspects of a dvd, and a cheesy 90s monster movie.

The movie also features the viewing habits debate between physical media and streaming services.  It’s a debate u have often had, and personally I prefer physical media.

Considering the subject matter of this film, and my love for DVDs/Blu rays I am hoping for a dvd release. I would love to add Dead Media to my movie library.

Dead Media is a fun creature feature, that touches on the debate about physical media versus streaming when it comes to watching movies.

Until next time, I will see you at the movies!
