STORYLINE: A year in the life of a unique family. It captures the daily life of the Sasquatch with a level of detail and rigor that is simply unforgettable.

    Comedies come iin all shapes and sizes. Some are romantic lik The American President.  Others are slapstick such as Aitplane!.  Some like Man of the Year starring the immortal Robin Williams are political in nature.  And some are strand and unusual like Beetlejuice.    Then there is those like Sasquatch Sunset, which is touches on the bizarre but yet still entertaining.  

     The dialogue free film follows a family of Sasquatch’s for a year as they navigate surviving the modern wilderness.  At times the comedy earns its R rating.  However the talent of the film lies in the performances.  Since there is no dialogue to aid in propelling emotion all must be done 100% though body language and facial expression. This is conveyed throughout the ninety two minute movie. 

    The trouble I had was distinguishing the four Sasquatch from one another.  The makeup on the actors was good but good of been better in making each character more of a stand alone character. After all I do not look the same as my brother. 

     I laughed ay the humor and enjoyed listening to the laughter of others in the auditorium watching the movie.  This bizarre comedy is not for everyone but I enjoyed myself watching it,
