(Me singing off key) Thunderbolts of heroes.  Very very heroic!  Avengers!  Avengers!

     Ok, that’s out of my system,  I ask is Queen’s immortal song bohemian Rhapsody now on your mind?  

   Thunderbolts is the second MCU film of 2025 and the umpteenth MCU film since Iron Man kicked off the cinematic universe on 2008.  I make no secret that superhero fatigue has set in.  None the less I assumed my normal seat with a bit of omptimism that Thubderbolts would do something different for me.

    The film fell short of that mark.  The film had a set up that intrigued me, much like the other 2025 MCU release Captain America: Brave New World. Also  just like it’s 2025 predessor, Thunderbolts fell quickly out of that interesting setup and into a cookie cutter superhero feature  the kind that I have grown weary of.  

    The climax of the film has a feeling silimar to Inception. Unlike the Christopher Nolan masterpiece, this MCU release is just convoluted in its interpretation of its events. 

     I a, hoping the latest Fabtastic Four reboot sparks my interest.  More importantly I hope it meets my friends expectations, who is a huge fan of the comics, less so of the film adaptions. Yes I will fulfill my promise to see the MCU rekease with this friend,

   Thunderbolts of heroes not so entertaining. (Yes I am singing Queen again)
