     How many times, throughout the Mission Impossible franchise did audiences watch Tom Cruise perform death define stunts?  How many over the top stunts were performed in the Kill Bill (2003/2004) films?  The twenty five, to date, 007 features incorporate stunts throughout their multiple action sequences. Jackass Best and Last, like other features in the franchise, pushes the art of performing stunts to the edge, for comedy.  The gang from Jackass returns to cinemas, with their film Jackass 

Best and Last, performing stunts for laughter. 

    There is many kinds of comedy, to naked viewers LOL.  While I enjoy slapstick comedy, films like Borat (2006) and the classic Animal House (1978) fall under the raunchy comedy umbrella. Jackass Best and Last, with its gross out style stunts, fits into the raunchy comedy category.

    The new film is both new and old.  It combines new stunts, with a highlights real, kind of a greatest hits album.  

   The crude humor, both new and old, is the same repetitive nonsense throughout the ninety two minute feature, and history of the franchise. Sure there were a few bits I enjoyed during the movie, I even laughed out loud.  The rest of the stunt filled comedy, I found my popcorn more entertaining.

   Jackass Best and Last, seemed more interested in shock value, when performing the newer stunts, then comedic pr entertainment value.  The few segments I was laughing at were the classic ones.  I eagerly awaited the new stunts to end, in hopes, for one more decent classic stunt each time. 

    Jackass Best and Last was a misfire of. a movie.
