    Thr 2016 documentary 13th, was an expose of racial inequality in the American prison political system.  The Gatekeepers (2012) examines what is to be at the head of Shin Bet, the Israeli Secret Service.  One Day in September (1999) documents, the events of the 1972, Olympic Games.  The 2026 documentary, American Doctor, focuses on the politics of foreign medical aid in the Gaza war. 

    Movies have the ability to capture the time, in which they are released. Documentaries, espically ones on a political topic, do this.  The tendency is to be bias towards the subject, being covered.  American Doctor is a snapshot of 2026 international politics, as it looks at American doctors involvement in the Gaza war.

    Yes, this is a bias motion picture.  It is biased towards the an American perspective. It is an American movie with the word American in the title.

    Interestingly, the film centers on three doctors, with varying back grounds. These back grounds are brought forwawd, as each doctor helps in their unique way, in the war effort. 

    American Doctor shows the first hand experience in a combat zone.  Also ot show the struggles to get in to Gaza.  American Doctor then shows how one doctor is trying to Get aid, on DC.

    With segments of the feature interesting, primarily those that show firsthand is like to be in Gaza, the rest of the movie is a typical slanted political feature.  My personal option, of agreement or not, on the topic, is irrelevant because this is about the movie itself, the political aspects of the documentary, I have seen repeatedly throughout throughout recent years.  

   While the time was split evenly, into thirds, among the time in Gaza, the struggles to get into the war zone, and the American politics of the war, I was hoping, for more time to be focused on the warzone story line.

    American Doctor os a documentary focusing on doctors, and their involvement with the Gaza war.  It focuses on the war itself and the politics of getting aid to the wat effort.
